Africa are at a critical stage in their development. We are seeing a high level
of cooperation in several areas: from the implementation of economic and
humanitarian projects to joint work within the scientific and technical
complex. The programme that is planned for the sidelines of the Conference
covers the entire range of key issues on the current agenda. I firmly believe
that the upcoming event will give a new impetus to Russian-African relations
within the framework of the existing dialogue mechanism,” Adviser to the President of the
Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee for
Russia–Africa Events Anton Kobyakov said.
The meeting participants will discuss
cooperation in such areas as security, economics, humanitarian interaction,
including international information security, combatting terrorism, preventing
an arms race in space, trade, economic, and investment partnerships, food
security, agribusiness, geological exploration, sharing expertise, the
digitalization of public administration, education, the training of diplomatic

paid to cooperation between countries of the African continent and the Eurasian
Economic Union.
