When using official information and citing quotes from Forum participants, the finished materials must contain a reference to the Russia–Africa Economic Forum and the source of the information or a link to the Forum’s website if the information is taken from the website. Copied (quoted) information may not be changed, supplemented, or distorted.

Print media / radio – any programme or interview recorded on the territory of the Russia–Africa Economic Forum must contain a reference to the Russia–Africa Economic Forum (text or emblem/logo);

Television – any programme or interview recorded on the territory of the Russia–Africa Economic Forum must contain a reference to the Russia–Africa Economic Forum (text or emblem/logo);

Online publication – any article or interview prepared while working at or upon conclusion of the Russia–Africa Economic Forum must contain a reference to the Russia–Africa Economic Forum (text or emblem/logo);

Photos – any published photo must contain a reference to the Russia–Africa Economic Forum on the image or in the caption (text or emblem/logo);

Blogs / social media – when using official information obtained as part of participating in the Russia–Africa Economic Forum and citing quotes by participants in the Russia–Africa Economic Forum (Forum participants must personally consent to being quoted), the finished materials published online (blogs, social media, etc.) must contain accurate facts.
The Forum organizers are not responsible for the quotes of participants in the blogosphere or social media. The Roscongress Foundation gives notice that it is entitled to use the text of articles, photos and video materials obtained or created by media representatives before and during the events of the Russia–Africa Economic Forum with a reference to the authors of such materials.
