Each participant concludes an agreement, confirming and guaranteeing their participation in IFEMS 2018.
In order to create an agreement and select a payment method for the participation fee, a participant should visit the ‘Payment’ section of the personal web office, and follow the steps below:
- Click the Edit button and enter payer information
- Select your preferred payment option in the Payment method field (invoice or bank card)
- Save and download the agreement
A signed copy of the agreement should then be emailed to a personal manager.
As soon as your personal manager receives a scanned version of the signed agreement, you will be able to create an invoice or pay by bank card in the personal web office.
To pay by invoice you should contact your bank.
To pay with a bank card, please specify the e-mail address to receive the electronic payment receipt in the ‘Payment confirmation’ window. After that the standard online payment form will open for filling in the bank card details and confirming the payment. Payment will be made in Russian roubles. The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, and MIR.
Before proceeding to payment please make sure that:
- Sufficient funds are accessible from a bank card
- Issuing bank has not set up a limit on the amount of one-time transfer
If there are any questions concerning payment for participation (including cases when payment for the participation still fails to be processed), you should contact your personal manager.
The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the due amount is received in the account of the Roscongress Foundation. You may check whether the amount has been received in the ‘Payment’ section of the personal web office, or by calling your personal manager.
PARTICIPATION FEE PAYMENT AT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES STANDS
The participation fee can be paid by cash or bank card at the financial services stands at the IFEMS venue. The financial services stands also issue closing documents.
A 5.5% commission fee is charged when paying for participation at the IFEMS financial services stands.
