The International Far Eastern Maritime Show venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge and a passport.
If your accreditation badge is lost or damaged, you need to contact the accreditation point at the FEFU campus (building С), or call: +7 (495) 640 3103. The lost badge will be cancelled and a duplicate will be issued at the accreditation stand based on a written request from the badge holder.
In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the IFEMS 2018 venue, participants are advised to leave any prohibited items at their accommodation or in their vehicle.
Conditions for badge issue
Before issuing badges we kindly ask participants to check if conditions 1–5 from the chart below were observed.
Before collecting your badge, we recommend that you check whether registration details in your personal web office are accurate and up-to-date. You may find out if your badge is ready using one of the ways in the chart below:
Badge collection
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance in order to ensure easy access to the IFEMS 2018 venue.
Participant accreditation badges may be collected personally on presentation of the participant’s passport.
Badge collection by third party
If a participant’s badge is collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present:
- A document confirming their identity (a passport)
- An original standard power of attorney form
- A list of all participants whose badges the proxy is collecting (attached to the completed power of attorney)
- Copies of the passports of participants whose badges the proxy is collecting (copies of passports will be returned once badges have been issued)

Accreditation point operating hours
Accreditation point for IFEMS 2018 participants is located on the territory of the Far Eastern Federal University (level 6, building C) and works according to the following schedule:
