The service is available only after participation in the IFEMS 2018 is confirmed and participation payment is made.
TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING PLANE TICKETS
You must fill out an application to book and issue air tickets.
After booking Economy or Comfort class tickets, information will be sent to you about the reservation, the period for issuing the ticket, and the possible payment methods. If there are no seats on the selected flights, the participant will be offered alternative transportation on other flights if tickets are available.
PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE OF PLANE TICKETS
You can pay for and obtain plane tickets:
- At Aeroflot sales offices

On the official Aeroflot website in the Online Services section (when paying for tickets, you must enter your surname and reservation number, then follow the instructions)
- By phone of the Aeroflot contact centre at +7 (495) 223 5555, +7 (800) 444 5555 (instruction on the payment procedure through the contact centre is available on the website)
A confirmed booking is valid for 5 days. All changes to tickets are made in accordance with the rules for the rates of Aeroflot.
